Product Marketing for a budgeting and finance app - SpendHappy
This finance product designed using product marketing principles allowed me to perform opportunity assessments, market research and competitive analysis, positioning, prototyping, and nailing the unique value proposition. The team performed quantitative as well as qualitative user research, drew some really good insights and the in-depth interviews really helped pivot the product into a strong direction.
UX Research, Writing, Design for an events app - Livent
I applied the basic design principles while employing various qualitative research techniques - like in-context immersion, shadowing, noting observations, performing contextual interviews, and self-documentation. I created personas, user journey maps, empathy maps, UX research plans and led to my practicing UX writing. All that with visualization at each stage of the process led to my exercising a heightened understanding of user needs and distilling key insights to be integrated in the lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes.
Development of AI product for media - BeeNice
BeeNice is an actioned AI x media product that seeks to moderate comments across multiple media platforms and architectures. It addressed a key problem of trolling, abuse and untoward language in the comments section of various news and social media platforms. The model used Perspective AI and Open AI API for flagging and rewriting suggestions for better comment-behaviour. The team also worked on a business plan to give an action plan for the success of the product.
Product Management for an streaming and entertainment app - Streamer
With Streamer, my team and I put to practice product management training as we created the research plan, market requirement document, prototype with UI/UX sensibilities, and agile product and sprint backlog. We segmented the audiences basis TAM, SAM and SOM and bell curve right from the early to late adopters. We performed extensive interviews and research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
